Jet.com is the best!

I love the fast shipping and its free after you spend 35$ walmarts is 50$ but do wish they would get more products that are easy to cook and prepare . Im disabled and I do all my shopping online . But great customer service at jet . And great care taken in shipping items . I love my entertainment center I bought from them to .

I buy all products for baby on Jet using the app which is very easy to use. Cheapest diapers, wipes, formula, baby food I can find. Outstanding customer service

Great app and great shopping site. Excellent customer service and very innovative approach. As a long time Amazon prime member, I started very frequently resorting to Jet.com instead. Not as extensive selection, but often more affordable.

I just placed my second order with Jet. So far, Im happy with the service and their selection. The process of adding more/saving more is fun, and when compared to sites like Amazon (which I use often), Jet is usually better-priced. I like that they offer special deals from time to time-thats when Ill shop the most. Nice to have some of the bigger and heavier things delivered!

On our first and only order through Jet we were first told the item would be late, then after a month told it was unavailable. Needless to say the misleading so-called communication made sure we will never order through Jet again. Amazon only!

Excellent customer service

The cool thing about it is the savings, I like that you pay no taxes or shipping on orders over $35 and you get extra discounts adding stuff to your cart. You get additional savings of you mark your items as no return if you know you are going to keep them. Savings all around and the prices most of the time beat any retail store including Amazon.

Top company. Amazing prices

1) CART LIMIT. Cant order over a certain amount of items in one transaction. I was up to 23 when I received a pop up window saying "whoa, your cart is full". I should be able to purchase as many items as I want. 2) FALSE DISCOUNTS. Limitation on discounts. Although they give you a 15% discount on your first purchase. It will not exceed more than $30 dollars. From the expensive items I had in my cart I was supposed to get $84 OFF but not the case with Jet. They dont give you what they advertise. 3) NOT ENOUGH PICTURES. Each item has one photo. If you are purchasing a high end item or expensive item. You cant see any close up details of it. You have only the description. I found maybe a handful of random items with 2 or more pics. And the one picture that is shown cannot be zoomed in and is fuzzy and grainy. The quality in advertising each item is not even a 1 star. I feel like some questionable online China stores do a better job than the developers on this app. 4) MORE CATEGORIES and POP UP WINDOWS. Instead of piling lists upon lists. Please categorize the items. Have a menu screen. The interface is not eye catching and the pop up window each time you add an item is very annoying. Although competitors like the Boxed App does not have as many items as Jet. Boxed is so much easier to use. And if Boxed advertises discounts, they give them to you. Unlike Jet. Until this Jet App is fixed. I dont think Ill be shopping with Jet anymore. Delete.

The development team did a great job!

So far my first experience with Jet has been much better than Google Express or other similar services. I ordered Costco (paper towels, canned chicken, trash bags, dishwashing liquid) items on Jet and prices were actually below regular Costco prices after the new customer 15% discount and free ship. Im not sure how they make a profit but I will continue to use them if they keep up the great pricing and fast service.

Easy to use. Would only be like to be able to add more than 20 items at one time.

I love Jet very much fantastic having stuff delivered to the house that I need, and when I have an issue I get a prompt reply and they help me take care of my issue immediately! Better service than walking in the store right now! Thank you Jet!

Easy to use

Jet has become my new go-to and I love the discounts for buying multiples, paying with debit, etc.

Tracking an app just leaves you in a WebKit browser page with no way to get back to shopping
